Gregory P. Lamonaca, Esquire

Mr. LaMonaca is the founding member of the firm, which was established in June of 1995. He was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. A Cardinal O’Hara High School graduate, Greg continued his studies at West Chester University, achieving Dean’s list status and graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. Following graduation, Mr. LaMonaca went onto the Widener University School of Law, concentrating his studies on trial advocacy. After law school, Mr. LaMonaca gained valuable litigation experience in the Office of the Public Defender of Delaware County and thereafter opened the Law Office of Gregory P. LaMonaca. P.C.

Mr. LaMonaca is the author of several books on personal development including  “The Brutally Honest Life Management Journal”, “The Brutally Honest Daily Journal”, “The Brutally Honest Guide to Sur-“thriving” the new economy, all of which have arisen from his work with thousands of clients, countless hours of research and a passion to help others overcome Life’s many obstacles and achieve a compelling future.   

Mr. LaMonaca’s primary focus is in the area of Matrimonial (Family) Law. He has previously represented individuals in many other areas of the law, with an emphasis on litigation matters. He has represented individuals in many counties throughout Pennsylvania including Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Philadelphia, Lancaster, and has also been admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. LaMonaca’s clients reside throughout  the United States as well as several other Countries.  

Mr. LaMonaca has been recognized as a “Top Attorney” several times in the area of Family Law in The Main Line Today Magazine, “Awesome Attorney” in the Suburban Main Line Magazine and a “Super Lawyer” in Philadelphia Magazine.
Mr. LaMonaca has served as a member of the Zoning Board and Civil Service Commission for the Borough of Ridley. He is a former martial arts instructor and American Heart Association CPR instructor. He currently holds memberships with the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyer’s Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Delaware County Bar Association and  Lions Club international.
Mr. LaMonaca’s representation of each client is based on a pro-active, team approach which incorporates the client’s goals and objectives into an overall, comprehensive plan under the law.
