LaMonaca Law: A light in the dark
It is half past midnight and Janice is having yet another sleepless night. Her thoughts and worries about her pending custody trial loom over her, weighing heavily on her mind and heart. She lost faith in her attorney at her last court proceeding. Not only did she feel like her wants and needs were not heard or conveyed to the court, but she also felt like her case was not a priority to him and that he certainly did not have her children’s best interests at heart. She felt hopeless.
Given that she was already awake, Janice decided to try to clear her mind with some web surfing. Luckily for her, she came across a Facebook post written by her friend Christina who works as a paralegal at the Law Offices of Gregory P. LaMonaca. Taking a leap of faith, she decided to make a change and reach out to Christina in the hopes for a fresh start and a firm to come to her rescue. Within minutes of hitting send on her keypad, Janice was pleasantly surprised to see “Typing…” in her direct message with Christina. It was in that moment that she felt a sense of calm and relief come over her and she knew that everything was going to be okay.
Christina got Janice in touch with one of the wonderful attorneys at LaMonaca Law, who gladly took over her custody case. From the first encounter, through her victorious custody trial, Janice finally felt like she had a voice and got what she was missing; a smart, kind-hearted, fierce female attorney who put her needs first, prioritized her case and someone who truly cared about the best interest of her children. All of Janice’s doubts and fears started to fade away and she got what was needed most; a good nights’ sleep.
